Quality Control Assurance

Material Control

All materials are controlled by checking at various stages like material Procurement, material receiving, material allocation and actual use on the job. All Materials are verified by the material test certificate if required. And same will be added in the final documentation. Materials which do not confirm to the requirements are rejected.

Welding Control

For critical equipment the welding plan will be prepared with respect to the material, code and customer specification. All welding procedures, welders and welding operations will be qualified as per applicable codes like ASME, AWS or any project specifications.

Welding Procedures

All required welding procedures (PQR, WQT and WPS) will be compiled by the Quality Control Inspector. He will execute required welding procedure qualifications; perform necessary N.D.T., Mechanical, Chemical and Metallographic examination records.

Performance Qualifications

All Welders and Welding Operators employed for the project will be qualified as per applicable codes and specification requirements.

In process Construction Control

For in process control of any equipment pre-written Quality Inspection Testing Plan is to be prepared to meet the requirements of relevant Codes, standards and customer specifications.

Welding Equipment

All welding equipment will be periodically checked by service department. Machines with Erratic performance will be removed from use till it get repaired and will only be used after certified by Service department.
